A professional skills competition for future confectioners was held in Vitebsk

At the professional skills competition, future confectioners, students of the graduating class of the Vitebsk Vocational and Technical College of Agricultural Production in the village of Oktyabrsky, pleasantly surprised their mentors. For two days, the young people worked on creating sweet masterpieces from cream, mastic, glaze, and other confectionery ingredients, each of which could become a decoration for any festive table.

The jury highly appreciated the original composition by Yanina Kolotavkina with the poetic title "Elegy" and the appetizing delicacy in the form of a beehive by Ksenia Filonchik. The efforts of the girls were awarded third place. The creative tandem of Viktorias - Blinova and Karbovskaya (in the photo) approached the task with humor. They "sculpted" a cream and biscuit class journal with the names of all their fellow groupmates and received second place for it. The most original confectionery composition was recognized as "Loving Hearts". Its authors are Vadim Bogdanov and Maria Demko, and they became the winners of the competition.

Guests of the event, who could not resist the temptation to taste the creations of the young confectioners, had the opportunity to purchase exclusive treats presented at the exhibition.
