A dialogue platform with young medical specialists of the Vitebsk region is being held in Vitebsk
What issues concern young medical specialists, how were they received at their first workplaces, how do they spend their cultural leisure time? These and other issues are being discussed at a meeting with young specialists from healthcare institutions of the Vitebsk region.
– Today, it is important that young specialists do not lose motivation and do not leave the profession. Therefore, we must know what the youth are living for, what problems they face, and what needs to be done to create the most comfortable working conditions for young medics in the northern region, – noted the Aide to the President – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region, Sergey Levkovich. – I am confident that there are no trivial or unsolvable issues. Much here depends on local authorities, heads of district executive committees, and healthcare institutions.
This year, 223 intern doctors, 159 doctors, and 341 paramedical staff arrived at the healthcare institutions of the Vitebsk region.
