The Republican Youth Media Forum "ProDigital" is taking place in Vitebsk
Active youth from all regions of Belarus are participating in the forum. Issues of working in the internet space are being discussed, and experience is being exchanged.
Welcoming the event participants, Anatoly Gutsulyak, Deputy Head of the Main Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee - Head of the Public Relations and Media Department, noted that our common task is to teach the younger generation to resist modern threats and challenges, to think critically and analyze information. Today, it is important to form an immunity among Internet users to "fakes" and distorted facts. After all, this is the basis of national information security.
In the open dialogue "Media Technologies in Modern Realities of State Youth Policy Implementation," the experts included First Secretary of the "BRSM" Public Association Alexander Lukyanov, Head of the Smolensk Public Organization "Russian Union of Youth" Evgeny Zakharenkov, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of Belarusian State University Vadim Gigin, Head of Digital Agency "Lapin" Andrey Lapin, Head of PR Agency "G. U. R. U." Trifonov Alexey (Russian Federation), and Internet Marketing Specialist Roman Permyakov (Russian Federation).
During the discussion, experts expressed the opinion that now is the time for multichannel communication, maximally diverse content, intriguing headlines, and brand development of organizations through associations with prominent personalities. Young people received answers to questions on how to interestingly convey information in the internet space, what content promotion tools to use, and what to publish on social media.
Next, the media forum participants will attend master classes and training sessions on promoting Telegram channels, the basics of information confrontation, media support for projects, video editing, and photo processing.
