In Vitebsk, traffic police officers congratulated the mother on her discharge, whom they helped to get to the maternity hospital

Just a reminder, on December 16, traffic police inspectors accompanied a woman who felt unwell while driving and asked them for help. Within minutes, the first traffic police officer got behind the wheel of the lady driver's car, while the other turned on the flashing lights and created a "green corridor". The expectant mother was delivered to her destination and handed over to medics, and later she gave birth to a baby girl.

Today, Olga Starovoytova was met at the discharge by her husband with their young son and daughter. The newborn girl became the fifth child in the family.

Among the guests at the touching event were the Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Vyacheslav Durnov and the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Branch of the Belarusian Party "Belaya Rus", Rector of VSU named after P. Masherov Valentina Bogatyreva, who, in the guise of the kindest New Year's characters – Ded Moroz and Snegurochka, addressed the warmest words of congratulations and wishes of kindness and happiness to the new parents.

– On behalf of the entire regional executive committee, we congratulate you on this pre-New Year's miracle, which will bring you immense happiness in life, - noted Vyacheslav Durnov.

– It is always a great honor for me to be here, in this exemplary maternity hospital. I myself remember how important it is for a mother not just to be near doctors, but near kind-hearted people. Giving this kindness is true happiness, and on the eve of the New Year holidays – doubly so, – shared Valentina Bogatyreva her emotions.

 

 

Traffic police officers also could not miss such an event, including the very guys who delivered the woman to the maternity hospital a few days ago.

Nadezhda Kasperovich, Head of the Agitation and Propaganda Department of the Traffic Police Department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Police Captain, told the editorial office that such situations happen in the region quite often, and officers always try to react as quickly as possible.

- For the employees, young men, who helped to get to the maternity hospital, this was the first time such a situation occurred, and they handled it one hundred percent. As the head, it was difficult to hold back tears of joy and pride for their employees. The State Automobile Inspectorate prepared a car seat and a lot of useful items with the organization's logo as a gift for the baby girl.

The traffic police wanted not only to do a good deed but also to congratulate the whole family on the New Year holidays.

– We know that in addition to the newborn girl, there are 4 more children in the family, and for each of them, we have prepared our branded bags with children's gifts, where you can find everything from books to sweets, – noted Nadezhda Kasperovich.

Also, on the eve of the New Year holidays, the invited guests warmly congratulated other new mothers.
