The "New Year's Fantasies" festival has started in Vitebsk

All this week, the Vitebsk Concert Hall of the regional center is hosting events of the "New Year Fantasies" festival.

In addition to a universal exhibition-fair of Belarusian light industry goods for buyers, and a rich business program for business circles, the organizers have also prepared a vibrant pre-holiday program for all guests.

Visitors can once again be convinced these days that Vitebsk is not without reason famous for its art school. Children are introduced to art and creativity from an early age, as evidenced by the exhibition of drawings by students of Art School No. 1. The works of young artists can not only be admired but also purchased if you like them. You can also buy souvenirs made by students of the Novopolotsk and Vitebsk city socio-pedagogical centers. All proceeds will go to strengthening the material base of these institutions.

The award ceremony with diplomas for participants of the children's drawing exhibition "The Magical World of Beauty" will take place tomorrow after another equally bright and, in all senses, fairy-tale event.

In the Vitebsk Concert Hall, Ded Moroz and Snegurochka will gather on this day for the review competition "Yolka FEST-2013". As explained by the festival organizers, the republican review is not being held this year, but it was decided to preserve this tradition in Vitebsk. Therefore, 10 best pairs of the main New Year characters will come from all over the region for the competition. They will present their interactive theatrical programs to the judgment of a competent jury and about 100 young spectators.
