In Vitebsk, participants of "Queen of Spring" will spend one day in the army
The event will be part of the preparation for the regional stage of the competition, which will take place on April 14. The girls will immerse themselves in army life, sing a marching song, attend classes on airborne training, fire training, and hand-to-hand combat.
"This is the first time we are holding such a project for the contestants. Together with the girls, we came to the conclusion that it would be a very interesting experience for each of them. To live one day according to the regulations, to test themselves physically and morally, and also to unite and become friends with each other. After all, the most difficult stage of preparation for the competition is still ahead," noted Vyacheslav Khrol, First Secretary of the regional committee of the BRSM.
This year, 12 representatives from four universities of the Vitebsk region are participating in the regional stage of the competition: Vitebsk State Technological University (VSTU), Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov, Polotsk State University, and the branch of the International University "MITSO".
The organizers and partners of the regional contest of grace and artistic skill "Queen Spring-2020" are the Vitebsk regional committee of the BRSM and VSTU.
