In Vitebsk, 84 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in seven months
Over the past seven months, 84,000 square meters of housing have been commissioned in Vitebsk, including 15,000 square meters of individual housing. 11 apartment buildings have been constructed, 6 of which are located in the "Bilevo" microdistrict. One high-rise building has been erected on Pravdy Street, and a new building has been constructed on Chapayeva Street to replace dilapidated housing.
This year, the construction of a high-rise building on Pravdy Street will commence. Targeted development will be carried out on Voinov-Internatsionalistov Street, 1-ya Artilleriyskaya Street, General Beloborodov Street, and at the intersection of Dovatora Street and Frunze Avenue.
Next year, development in "Bilevo" will continue. The construction of a kindergarten and a school for 1020 students in "Bilevo – 2" is ongoing. Two buildings will be erected in the "Medtsentr" microdistrict.
13 apartment buildings are planned to be completed in the regional center by the end of the year. In total, including individual housing, it is planned to commission 170,000 square meters of total area.
