The Gorodok Poultry Farm has been corporatized in the Vitebsk region

JSC "Gorodok Poultry Farm" has been established in the Vitebsk region as part of the denationalization and privatization of state property of the eponymous communal unitary agricultural production enterprise, the correspondent was informed at the regional territorial fund of state property "Vitebskoblimushchestvo". The authorized capital of the joint-stock company is formed in the amount of over Br55 billion, and more than 2.5 million ordinary shares with a nominal value of Br22 thousand each will be issued for this amount. At the first stage, 100% of the shares will be owned by the Vitebsk region. Employees intend to acquire slightly more than 0.02% of the shares for money on preferential terms. In the future, it is possible to consider proposals from potential investors for the acquisition of securities of JSC "Gorodok Poultry Farm". Until the first shareholders' meeting, the committee for agriculture and food of the regional executive committee is authorized to make decisions within the competence of the general meeting and the supervisory board of the company. In addition, in 2010, the region also privatized by transforming into JSC KUSHP named after Zaslonov (communal property of Liozno district) and the communal trade enterprise "Basis" (city communal property) in Novopolotsk. -0-
