Winners of the review-competition for the best organization of labor protection work have been determined in the Vitebsk region

First Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Oleg Matskevich presented diplomas for the best organization of labor protection in 2020.

Among organizations in the non-production sphere, the diploma was awarded to the Novopolotsk Central City Hospital (Chief Physician Irina Shemenkova).

The winner among organizations in the production sphere with a staff of up to 100 employees is "Beshenkovichi District Gas Supply Branch of the Production Department "Chashnikygaz" of UP "Vitebskoblgaz" (Director Vitaly Matveev).

The winner's diploma among organizations in the production sphere with a staff of 101 to 500 employees was received by the branch "Polotskvodokanal" of UP "Vitebskoblvodokanal" (Branch Director Alexander Felisov).

The winner among organizations in the production sphere with a staff of over 500 employees is OJSC "Vitebskiye Kovry" (Director Elena Chebotareva).

Since 2007, the Vitebsk region has been holding a review and competition for the best organization of labor protection, in which more than 300 organizations from all districts and cities of the region participate annually.

Based on the results of work in 2020, by decisions of city and district executive committees, 42 organizations that did not have fatal, severe, or group industrial accidents were selected and nominated for participation in the regional stage of the review and competition.
