Speaking about the upcoming exams, the interlocutor noted that a highly professional team of educators has been formed in the region. "79.5% of teachers have the highest and first qualification categories. This is the highest indicator in the republic. We have everything necessary and good conditions have been created for obtaining quality education and successfully completing the academic year," emphasized the Head of the Department, expressing hope that the children will demonstrate good knowledge.
Concerts for high school students will be held in the Summer Amphitheater on May 30, and festive programs for younger students, prepared by the Vitebsk Culture Center, will take place on May 29. Graduation parties with vibrant stage programs, fun surprises, and the traditional sunrise meeting will be held at educational and cultural institutions of the region on June 11 and 12.
Ivan Shchurok noted that the events marking the end of the academic year, the conduct of exams and graduations will be supervised by authorities, specialists from the education departments, and representatives of law enforcement agencies. "I want to remind both parents and teachers once again that all festive events are held without alcohol. Children need to think about employment, admission, and entering adult life. There should be no alcohol," insists Ivan Shchurok.
The meeting of the education department's board discussed organizational issues regarding the Last Bell celebration in schools, the organization of children's summer recreation, the organization of exams and graduation parties in schools, and others.
