The best entrepreneurs will be selected in the Vitebsk region
The regional stage of the republican competition "Best Entrepreneur" annually becomes a significant event for the region. Its winners receive diplomas and memorable souvenirs and represent the Vitebsk region at the republican level. But the main thing, according to the organizers, is that participation in the competition gives entrepreneurs the opportunity to declare themselves and their own products, and make a significant contribution to creating the image of their company.
As reported by Alexander Trofimov, Head of the Entrepreneurship Department of the Economics Committee of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, private business entities and individual entrepreneurs need to contact the district executive committees to participate, which will collect all the necessary information for summarizing the results. Leaders will be named in 16 nominations: the best will be determined in the production of food products, industrial goods, in the construction industry, information technology sector, retail trade, public catering, medical and pharmaceutical activities, tourism and hotel services, provision of transport services, etc. Applications for participation are accepted until the end of March. The results will be announced on April 1, 2014.
According to Nina Lukyanova, Executive Director of the Association of Employers and Entrepreneurs of the Vitebsk Region, the competition is very relevant. Firstly, it provides an opportunity to see those people who contribute to the region's economy by developing their business, and secondly, it contributes to the creation of a positive image of entrepreneurship.
