The Vitebsk regional trade union organization of agricultural workers has the largest primary organization among private agricultural enterprises
According to Alexey Sappo, Deputy Chairman of the Rossony District Executive Committee for Economics, farmer Anatoly Borodulkin has proven that there are all the opportunities for the development of private agricultural production in the Rossony region. And with the introduction of a new high-tech line, he will not only maintain the achieved level but also improve product quality and labor productivity.
Today, Anatoly Borodulkin is focusing on exports; for example, the first batch of lumber from the new line will go to Germany, and the rest is processed into wood chips and sold to the region's housing and communal services enterprises. The remoteness of the base and logging sites does not deter workers – transportation is organized by the farm's vehicles. Hot meals are also provided – there is a dining room.
- My people know that the more effectively they work, the higher their salary will be, - shares Anatoly Nikolaevich the secrets of successful management. - I also value conscientiousness and reliability in people; such specialists are financially rewarded in accordance with the collective agreement.
In August of this year, in accordance with the decree of the Head of State on financing modern equipment and machinery, the farmer acquired 8 "Belarus" tractors, 2 trailers, and 2 "MAZ" vehicles on lease. Their arrival is expected very soon. Again, this will provide an opportunity for further effective work. "We are trying to contribute to the creation of the country's food security. Of course, there are our own problems, so to achieve good results, we try to work hard and diligently," said Anatoly Borodulkin.
