A worker died during the construction of a grain drying facility in the Vitebsk region, Vladimir Baydanov, an investigator-criminalist of the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, told a BELTA correspondent. The incident occurred in the village of Yanovichi. During construction work on the grain drying facility, a protective slab made of concrete blocks fell, crushing a worker born in 1957. The man died at the scene from his injuries. The Vitebsk District Prosecutor's Office is conducting an investigation into the violation of labor protection rules.-0-
