An interregional conference of women ideologists was held in the Vitebsk region
The event was organized by the regional executive committee, the Minsk city executive committee, and the Belarusian Women's Union (BSZh). About a hundred representatives of enterprises and organizations from the Minsk and Vitebsk regions gathered at OJSC "Vitebsk Broiler Poultry Factory".
— This is the first such conference in the country. This format allows representatives from different regions to communicate and share their work experience with each other in various fields, — said Marina Novitskaya, Head of the Main Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Regional Executive Committee, Chairperson of the regional organization of the BSZh, welcoming the participants of the meeting. — The Vitebsk region has something to be proud of. In particular, we decided to introduce guests to one of the best enterprises in the country.
During the plenary session, experts spoke (Marina Novitskaya, General Director of UP Agency "Minsk-Novosti" Andrey Krivosheev, Head of the Main Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Minsk City Executive Committee Olga Chemodanova, and others). They touched upon a number of topics that are relevant today for ideologists at the local level, such as involving members of the work collective in public activities, the specifics of holding a unified voting day and information work with the population during electoral campaigns, the importance of the practice of small deeds initiated by the BSZh in the development of social policy of enterprises and organizations. An excursion to the new poultry factory workshop was also organized for those present.
