A cozy family evening!
On December 12, 2012, the Vitebsk Secondary School No. 12 hosted the young families competition "Dad, Mom, and I are a Friendly Family!" The event was organized by the Department for Youth Affairs of the Vitebsk City Executive Committee and the Vitebsk City Committee of the BRSM, with the support of the company "Medecotour". "Medecotour" is a company that can take you on any trip!
The competition is dedicated to the family: the elderly and the young, adults and children, all generations representing their families. And it is clear that the discussion was about what unites us all – about friendship, peace, and harmony in the family. Largely taking this into account, Secondary School No. 12 was chosen as the venue, and students and their parents were invited as spectators and supporters.
Families need holidays. A home where there are no holidays, where there is no need to gather for a festive dinner, to dress up – not for guests, but for oneself, one's wife, husband, one's own children, to play favorite music, to please loved ones with a gift, is dull and uncomfortable. A holiday will not happen by itself. The cake will not bake itself, gifts and surprises made by loving hands will not appear. But are family holidays not worth our efforts? After all, in return, we receive such joy – the feeling that we are needed and close to each other, that we are good together, that it will always be so.
According to the terms of the event, participants demonstrated their skills in the following competitions: "We are the Coolest Family!"; "Family Photo"; "Intellect-Family-Show"; "Maternity Hospital"; "Guess the Tune"; and "Dancing on the Dance Floor."
The competition was fierce, and each family was good in its own way. On this evening, everyone became a winner. Friendship, cohesion, and, of course, LOVE won!
The participating families were awarded diplomas, valuable and sweet prizes, and also received a 20% discount on any excursion trip from the company "Medecotour" in the following nominations:
- "The Most Erudite Family" - the Aytsovich family: father – Dmitry Nikolaevich (OJSC "Dolomit"), mother – Lyubov Mikhailovna (OJSC "Dolomit"), daughter - Victoria;
- "Artist Family" - Dedushko family: father – Vadim Andreevich (OJSC "Vistan"), mother – Anna Gennadievna, homemaker, son - Danila;
- "Most Musical Family" - Volkova family: father – Vitaly Viktorovich (OJSC "Vitebskdrev"), mother – Elena Nikolaevna (OJSC "Vitebskdrev"), daughter - Margarita, son - Konstantin;
- "Most Friendly Family" - Shalonko family: father – Andrey Viktorovich (Internal Affairs Directorate of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee), mother – Tatyana Alexandrovna (Healthcare Institution "Vitebsk Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care"), son - Vladislav;
- "Family Happiness" - Askerko family: father – Vadim Vladimirovich (military unit 52287), mother – Yulia Alekseevna (Inspectorate of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies for the Oktyabrsky District of Vitebsk), daughter - Veronika;
- "Dancing Family" - Kovalenko family: father – Alexander Nikolaevich (LLC "Energokomplekt"), mother - Alla Valerievna (branch of RUE "Belpochta"), son - Vladislav.
Let all this be just a game,
But through it we wanted to say:
A great miracle is a family!
Cherish it, protect it!
There is no more important goal in life!!!
