Effective work with citizens' appeals, prompt resolution of issues – this is what the leadership of the Dubrovno District Executive Committee demonstrates today. As a result, there are few people willing to get an appointment with the President's Assistant. People do not need to go to higher authorities and ask for help in resolving certain issues. They are not only listened to, but also heard locally.
Only one resident of the district center called the "direct line." A pensioner asked for help in speeding up the process of connecting his private house to the water supply.
– I fetch water from a public tap, – complained the 3rd group disabled person. – They have been promising to help "tap into" the line since 2018. But nothing has changed.
Anatoly Linevich instructed the chairman of the district executive committee, Anatoly Lukashev, to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
One person also signed up for a citizen reception. The resident of the agro-town of Buda expressed her claims to a neighbor who keeps a apiary. The woman was outraged that she could not go to the garden in spring and summer – the bees attack. As it turned out, no violations were found in the placement of the hives (60 meters from the applicant's house).
– We need to verify whether the entire set of measures for working with bees is carried out according to technology, – noted the inspector for the Vitebsk Region.
Anatoly Linevich also recommended holding a conversation with the beekeeper to clarify all the details of the conflict situation.
– From this appeal, it is clear that the person simply wants to find contact with a neighbor and asks for help with this, – Anatoly Konstantinovich told reporters. – And the local authorities will also deal with this. It is evident that work with people is being carried out tirelessly here. And systematically: two or three times a month, citizens are received by leading officials of the district and regional levels. And all problems are resolved in a timely manner. This once again proves that the residents of Dubrovno are satisfied with the current living conditions. That is why I will not stop saying: you need to communicate with people, listen and hear them – then there will be results.
And it is evident: the number of citizens' appeals in the Dubrovno district has decreased by 4% in 4 months of the current year. Today, this is 97 people. The leading appeals are related to the Department of Internal Affairs, Public Utilities, and the road service.
