Congratulations to the Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee
Dear residents of the Vitebsk region!
I sincerely congratulate all Christians celebrating Easter on March 31.
Easter holidays are the most important and ancient in the Christian world. The Resurrection of Christ is a mystery that gives meaning to faith, glorifies the victory of good over evil, and strengthens a person in their sincere aspiration for eternal life.
The solemn celebration of Easter serves to unite people around the ideals of mercy and brotherly love, which is of great importance for modern generations.
Residents of the Dvina region express their aspirations with hope and faith for dedicated work for the benefit of the Motherland, for maintaining understanding and harmony among people. In these days, when the earth awakens under the spring sun, we are capable of creative and charitable deeds for the improvement of life and the surrounding world.
May the great celebration of the Resurrection of Christ bring light and warmth, spiritual balance and optimism to every home, every family! Dear residents of the Vitebsk region, I wish you health, happiness, prosperity, and success for the benefit of our native Fatherland!
May the traditional greeting "Christ is Risen!" become a symbol of spiritual rebirth for every Christian.
Sincerely,
Alexander Kosinets,
Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee
