We congratulate you on the Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus!

For more than a quarter of a century, we have been living in accordance with the Basic Law of the country, which reflects fundamental values: the immutability of democracy, the guarantees of sovereignty, and the rights and freedoms of citizens.

One of the main priorities is the development and preservation of human capital, and the improvement of people's quality of life. Therefore, we must strive to ensure that the principles of equality and justice remain the norm of life, so that everyone feels reliably protected by the Constitution. Adhering to the spirit and letter of the Basic Law is our civic duty, as the well-being of the people, the prosperity of the region, and the country as a whole depend on it.

We are deeply convinced that the creative goals enshrined in the constitutional norms will contribute to the solution of strategic tasks and the realization of potential in all areas of socio-political and socio-economic activities.
