Vitebsk will become a ring for the region's break-dancers on January 22

January 21, Vitebsk / Olga Bogacheva - BELTA /. Vitebsk will become a ring for break-dancers of the region. All lovers and fans of this dance trend will gather on January 22 in the city on the Dvina to choose the best dancers at the open regional championship, the Vitebsk Regional Committee of the BRSM informed a BELTA correspondent. About 20 teams from all over the region will come to the dance competition "Power of Two", which will be held at the "Pervomaysky" cultural and business center. At the same time, large cities will be represented to a greater extent than rural areas. Thus, six teams from Vitebsk alone have submitted applications for participation. The participants of the championship will choose the music to which they will have to dance themselves. The only condition of the competition is that the age of the break-dancers must be at least 14 years old. Following the results of the championship, all participants will be awarded prizes. The top three winners will receive cups and the honorable right to represent the Vitebsk region on February 13 at the republican championship. They will be determined by a jury, which will include professional break-dance dancers from Minsk. Moreover, they will additionally select the best dancer of the region and conduct a master class for all participants. The Vitebsk Regional and City Committees of the BRSM are the organizers of the event. -0-
