Vitebsk is preparing for the XI Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia. Member of the Presidium of the Council of the Republic Mikhail Rusy visited the reconstruction sites.
As part of the preparations for the XI Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia, the Chairman of the Standing Commission of the Council of the Republic for Regional Policy and Local Self-Government, Mikhail Rusy, visited the main facilities under reconstruction for landmark events in Vitebsk.
