Back in April, the festival program was shown in Minsk, Brest, Mogilev, Baranovichi, Mozyr, Soligorsk. And finally, it reached Vitebsk, where for a week anyone can touch the wonderful world of short films in the company of friends at the art base vitebsk4me (Oktyabrskaya St., 13).

The entire current program features 110 films from 17 participating countries, including Spain, France, India, Denmark, and Norway. It will all start with screenings of the regional section, followed by two days of feature films, a day of competitive documentary program, animation, Belarusian competitive and non-competitive programs. The festival in Vitebsk will conclude on June 7 with experimental films, which the organizers described as zen-trash.

The annual international film festival Cinema Perpetuum Mobile was founded in 2011 by the Belarusian community of cinema enthusiasts "Kinaklub.org". This is a social project in which anyone can participate and which is aimed at promoting independent auteur cinema, developing Belarusian cinema, and creating a platform for dialogue between film communities and film lovers around the world.
