Vitebsk will become a center of pedagogical knowledge today. On February 27, the interregional pedagogical forum "Experience of the Best - Heritage of All" will open here for the first time, the Vitebsk Regional Institute for the Development of Education informed a BELTA correspondent.
The two-day event will be held at Gymnasium No. 4 and will bring together more than 100 educators from Minsk and the Vitebsk region in the regional center. At the forum, seasoned teachers will not only demonstrate their experience but also share methods of their individual creative activities to improve the educational process for teachers and deputy principals for academic affairs. In open interactive professional interaction, participants will organize "apprenticeship" in pedagogical workshops, construct a modern effective lesson, and exchange best practices for planning the self-generalization of pedagogical experience. Teachers will also conduct more than 10 master classes, during which they will present their pedagogical discoveries, insights, original techniques, and work methods, and help each other with advice.
During the forum, a joint meeting of the "Big Break" club of teachers from Minsk and the "Recognition" club of teachers from the Vitebsk region will be held for the pedagogical community to disseminate the best examples of valuable pedagogical experience of teachers who are winners and laureates of professional skill competitions.
"The dedicated work of the best representatives of the teaching staff of Minsk and the Vitebsk region will become a new impetus for improving the quality of education, updating the creative potential of the forum participants, and a new wave in the development of the regional education system of the Vitebsk region," the Institute for the Development of Education emphasized.
