Vitebsk broiler poultry farm is betting on the Chinese market

Business partnerships of Vitebsk poultry farmers with the PRC are becoming increasingly effective. At JSC "Vitebsk Broiler Poultry Farm" they note:

– China is the largest market for food imports. Therefore, there are good reserves here for increasing the supply of our products. Currently, a third of the enterprise's export revenue comes from this country – equivalent to over 10.6 million dollars.

Growth compared to the previous year is almost 7 percent. It is interesting that the Chinese prefer to buy products such as poultry feet and the elbow part of the wing. A total of over 3.3 thousand tons of this raw material was sent to the PRC, which brought JSC almost 22 million rubles in profit.

If we analyze it as a whole, then last year poultry farmers shipped products worth 31.6 million dollars to foreign consumers and achieved a good foreign trade balance. Poultry meat and its products are in the greatest demand.

The geography of exports includes Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and Kyrgyzstan.
