Medical personnel will be on duty around the clock and provide free emergency care in hotels, dormitories, and recreation centers – all locations where guests will be accommodated. The health centers are fully equipped with everything necessary for first aid. According to Stepan Zhukov, the medical personnel's exercises, which concluded the day before, demonstrated their readiness to respond to emergencies of any complexity. Special working conditions will be in place for otolaryngologists and phoniatrists.
