Vitebsk enterprises will take part in the "Kaluga Autumn 2009" exhibition-fair for the first time

Enterprises of the Vitebsk region will take part for the first time in the exhibition fair "Kaluga Autumn 2009", which will be held on September 24-27 in Kaluga (Russia), the Vitebsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry informed a BELTA correspondent. Six enterprises of the light and food industries, including the Vitebsk Meat Processing Plant, the Vitebsk Bakery, the Orsha Meat Canning Plant and Vitebsktextilstorg, took advantage of the opportunity to demonstrate and sell their products to residents of the Russian region. The format of the event includes business meetings with potential Russian partners on the organization of direct supplies of Belarusian goods to the market of the Kaluga region, as well as the possibility of organizing fairs of Belarusian producers in this region on a permanent basis will be discussed. The main goal of the event is to stimulate exports and promote the products of domestic producers. The trip was organized by the Vitebsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry at the invitation of the government of the Kaluga region. -0-
