An order to this effect has been signed, the chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Aleksandr Kosinets, announced today at a press conference, BELTA correspondent reports. The quality of construction work continues to cause public complaints. In this regard, by order of the chairman of the regional executive committee, a warranty period has been established, during which construction companies will have to eliminate identified defects at their own expense. In the first quarter of the current year, 148.5 thousand square meters of total housing area were commissioned in the region, which is 20.6% of the annual target and exceeds last year's figure for the same period by 15.8 thousand square meters.-0-
