Vitebsk bakers intend to prepare about 25 tons of Easter products
Vitebsk bakers are ready to supply about 25 tons of Easter products to the retail network in the pre-holiday period, as reported to a BELTA correspondent by Olga Pavlyuchenko, chief technologist of Vitebskkhlebroprok OJSC.
Easter kulichi, festive muffins, and pastries (9 types of products in total) have been baking in the enterprise's ovens since Wednesday. The enterprise promptly fulfills trade orders - the first batches of kulichi were baked on Wednesday, and the bakers prepared the largest batches today to maximally saturate the retail network on Friday evening and Saturday. Residents of the regional center will be able to purchase Easter baked goods in the company's branded retail network and city stores. In addition, the enterprise organizes mobile sales at Easter fairs.
The aromatic products are prepared according to traditional recipes with the addition of raisins and dried apricots. The baked goods are decorated with milk and chocolate icing, various sprinkles, etc. The price range varies from Br12.5 thousand to Br27 thousand.
"We have been preparing Easter baked goods for many years. Considering customer demand, we have kept only the most popular types of products. We hope that our kulichi will meet the expectations of the townspeople and everyone will have aromatic kulichi and buns on their table," said Olga Pavlyuchenko.
