Vitebsk confectionery factory "Vitba" intends to allocate about 30 billion rubles for production modernization

The main objects of investment application were the cereal line in the dry breakfast workshop, as well as the construction of a finished goods warehouse at the main production site in the regional center.

The modernization is aimed at reducing energy intensity and expanding the product range with a focus on import substitution. Thus, the enterprise continues to update its fixed assets in the dry breakfast workshop, the share of which in the total output is about 40%, and in the combine's exports – about 85%.

It is noteworthy that "Vitba" also pays attention to improving production in regional branches. In Polotsk, the combine installed a German line for wafer rolls with filling, with a capacity of 1.5 tons of sweets per day (there are no analogues of this product in the country), which was put into operation in the spring of 2013.
