The MTZ "Belarus" tractor was taken as the basis for the new machine, on the basis of which excavator and loader equipment made of special alloy structural steels is installed. Due to semi-automatic welding in an argon and carbon dioxide environment, the design of nodes and parts withstands increased mechanical and thermal loads. The design of the working equipment is at the level of the best analogues of foreign manufacturers. The cost of the equipment is over Br130 million. Initially, the enterprise produced two excavator-loaders. The further production volume of the new product type will be formed depending on demand, specialists noted. In January-April, the plant produced products worth Br12.2 billion. The profitability of sales was 3.2%. Products worth $1.1 million were exported, which is 64% more compared to January-April 2009. The share in the total sales volume is 23.5%. The main volume of supplies (91%) is to Russia, the remaining part is to Hungary, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia, Pakistan. The enterprise was founded in 1994. It was reformed in 1996. It is part of the MTZ Association. It specializes in the production of spare parts and components for tractor assembly. As an alternative product group, it is mastering the production of equipment. The average number of employees is about 500 people. -0-
