The Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee has approved the "List of unused and inefficiently used property owned by the Vitebsk region and its administrative-territorial units"
On February 14, 2013, the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee approved the "List of unused and ineffectively used property owned by the Vitebsk region and its administrative-territorial units" and the "Calendar schedule for the involvement in economic circulation of unused state property owned by the Vitebsk region for 2013".
The list includes real estate objects of state ownership subject to involvement in economic circulation in 2013 through sale at auctions, lease, and gratuitous use.
The list is formed according to the following principle: first, the property is grouped according to its location (city, district), then the objects are distributed according to the method of their involvement, and subsequently, the objects within the same group are sorted in descending order of area, depending on the method of their involvement. Objects intended for involvement in various ways are assigned to the corresponding groups in order of precedence of methods (sale, lease, gratuitous use, gratuitous transfer to private ownership, gratuitous transfer to republican ownership, and gratuitous transfer within communal ownership).
