Vitebsk customs officers discovered a cache of cigarettes

During customs control operations, Vitebsk customs officials discovered a specially made false wall in the cargo compartment of the truck, behind which 820,000 cigarettes marked with excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus were hidden.

The cigarettes hidden from customs control, as well as the semi-trailer in which the goods were transported, with a total estimated value of 832 million Belarusian rubles, have been seized. Further investigation is underway.
