"Vitebskoblimushchestvo" will hold auctions for more than 70 lots in November

The lots include properties with a reduced starting price of 20%, 50%, and 80%, as well as for one base value (one base value is currently Br23).

One of the properties was already sold on November 1: an unused isolated premises with an area of 454.8 sq.m. was sold in Verkhnedvinsk. The property was put up for auction at a starting price of Br16.8 thousand. Due to the fact that only one bidder showed interest in the real estate, the auction was declared invalid in accordance with the law. The sole participant of the auction agreed to purchase the lot at a starting price increased by 5%. The buyer plans to use one part of the acquired premises for organizing the sale of consumer goods, and will rent out the other part of the premises.

In order to involve unused real estate objects in economic circulation, since the beginning of the year, the Vitebsk Regional Property Fund has sold 66 real estate objects at auctions for more than Br1.1 million, 32 of which were sold at the base value. Unused area in the region has decreased by more than 44 thousand sq.m.
