An interdepartmental working meeting was held at the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee under the leadership of the State Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus, Colonel-General Leonid Maltsev

The meeting was held on the issue of a prospective unified management system in administrative-territorial units. It was attended by the heads of the ministries of defense, internal affairs, state security, and emergency situations, deputy chairmen of regional executive committees, officials of the State Secretariat of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus, and law enforcement agencies. The Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Alexander Kosinets, delivered the main report on the prospective model of the management system.
