Vitebsk Tractor Parts Plant will need to select proactive managerial staff for sustainable development

The Republican Unitary Enterprise "Vitebsk Tractor Spare Parts Plant" (VZTZCh) needs to select proactive managerial staff capable of ensuring the sustainable development of the enterprise, the Ministry of Industry's press service informed BELTA. Serious shortcomings in ideological, educational, information and propaganda work, and in the personnel service have been noted at this Vitebsk plant. They were identified by an interdepartmental commission based on the monitoring results. This issue was discussed at an expanded meeting of the Ministry of Industry's board with the participation of the leadership of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee and the Administration of the Pervomaisky District of Vitebsk, and the heads of structural organizations. It was noted that the requirements of Directive No. 1 "On Measures to Strengthen Public Security and Discipline" were not properly fulfilled at the enterprise. Having reviewed the results of the interdepartmental commission's work, the board noted that the cause of numerous violations and omissions was the low level of organization of work by the management and chief specialists of the plant, insufficient control over the enterprise's operations by the ministry, as well as by the "Minsk Tractor Works" Production Association, which includes VZTZCh. The board outlined a number of specific measures aimed at stabilizing the financial and economic activities of the enterprise in the short and long term, attracting and retaining qualified personnel, primarily workers. Proactive managerial staff capable of ensuring the sustainable development of the enterprise also needs to be selected. -0-
