"Vityaz" presented a project for the production of television equipment at the business forum in Vitebsk

RUPP "Vityaz" is seeking an investor to establish a joint venture for the development and production of television equipment based on a promising electronic component base. The investment project of the Vitebsk television plant was presented today at the business forum "Investment Initiatives of the Vitebsk Region," which is taking place in Vitebsk, according to a BELTA correspondent. According to Vladimir Tsupriy, acting chief engineer of the enterprise, the project will enable the production of competitive products that will be in demand on global markets. For its implementation, the television plant has a highly qualified engineering and technical potential, extensive experience in the development and production of television equipment, the necessary technical base (molding and assembly equipment), as well as a modern infrastructure for the development, production, sales, and service of television products. The estimated cost of the project is 10 million euros. The payback period is calculated at three years. RUPP "Vityaz" also intends to implement another completely unexpected investment project. It is related to the production of mineral water and beverages. As Vladimir Tsupriy explained, the enterprise has its own wells of artesian and mineral water, the chemical composition of which matches the best samples produced in Belarus. At the same time, the potential of these sources is used less than half to meet the needs of "Vityaz" itself. The cost of the project is estimated at 4 million euros, with a payback period of about 3 years. -0-
