Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Subbotin on the reform of the Vitebsk region's agro-industrial complex: revenue and salaries in the created structures are higher than the national average

Vice Premier Aleksandr Subbotin told journalists about this following a report to the President.

– The decree has been in effect for only six months. It is probably too early to talk about success or failure. All legal approvals for deferrals, installments, mergers, acquisitions... were completed literally in August: and now it's all starting to work. Of course, it's not easy at all. There are many problems. Somewhere there is a lack of funds: it needs to be supported, pushed. But overall, if we take statistical data – revenue indicators, average wages, then the indicators in these created structures are higher than the republican and regional averages, – the vice premier noted.

Aleksandr Subbotin expressed the opinion that if this project is successfully implemented, it will be replicated in other regions.
