Vladimir Bykov appointed Chairman of the Rossony District Executive Committee
The chairman of the Regional Council of Deputies, Vladimir Terentyev, took part in the session. First of all, he noted the significant contribution of the former head of the district, Alexander Shubsky, who held the position since 2008, to the socio-economic development of the Rossony region.
V. Terentyev drew the attention of those present, and especially the new head of the district, to the economy.
— Yes, much has been done, and that is excellent. But if we consider the revenue side of the Rossony district budget today, which is 39.5 percent of own tax and non-tax revenues, and everything else is a subsidy, then it is obvious that there is work to be done. The region has prospects to catch up and overtake the Verkhnedvinsk district, which is at the forefront in terms of agriculture and is listed on the regional Honor Board. And this is the merit of V. Bykov, who knows the problems of agricultural development well, — noted V. Terentyev.
Verkhnedvinsk was cited as an example not by chance, as V. Bykov was born in the village of Nurovo in this district. For the last nine years, he worked as the deputy chairman for agriculture and food of the Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committee.
— The result always depends on the work of the team. I was lucky with the people with whom we achieved our goals together, — said V. Bykov. — We need to complete the spring field work as soon as possible, we must prepare equipment and feed. The Rossony region is a land of lakes and beautiful nature, so together we will continue to work on improving order and amenities. Much has been done in the urban settlement, but we will try to do even more. First of all, we will fulfill the instructions of the head of state on ensuring employment and paying decent wages, and we will put in order the unkempt settlements and roads.
