Vladimir Terentiev met with the pedagogical community of the Pervomaysky district of Vitebsk
The main idea throughout the event was that the Basic Law should be well-thought-out, clearly formulated, and meet the requirements of the time.

According to Viktor Nikolaikin, new sections have appeared in the draft. For example, about the All-Belarusian People's Assembly.
— Let's be frank, the All-Belarusian People's Assembly is not a know-how that the constitutional commission invented, no. It is something that life dictates today, — emphasized Viktor Pavlovich. — If we talk about redistributing powers, we must also talk about distributing responsibilities. There must be a certain balance between the branches of power, which is why the supreme representative body — the All-Belarusian People's Assembly — is emerging. It is a powerful asset, consisting of Belarusians who will determine the prospects of our state. Today, the issue is not about breaking everything down, we are talking about a smooth transition to changes.

Vladimir Terentyev, in turn, noted that people are actively participating in the discussion, and this work will continue, as they are currently discussing a draft Constitution, not a finished one. During meetings with work collectives, new ideas and constructive proposals can be heard, and citizens' pressing questions can be answered. He stressed that the preservation of historical truth and memory of the Great Patriotic War, the mass heroism of the people, and the fostering of patriotism are very important issues.
— Today, our task is to counteract false historical narratives that they are trying to impose on our youth, — is convinced Vladimir Vladimirovich.
The attendees actively joined the discussion. They were interested in many provisions of the proposed draft Constitution. Among them are the involvement of children in socially useful labor, instilling culture and respect for the laws, historical and national traditions of Belarus.
Vladimir Terentyev, answering a question, said that this is a very good message:
— Today it is indeed important to instill in them respect for the laws, historical and national traditions of Belarus from an early age, and to prepare them for socially useful labor. The future of our country directly depends on this. The duty of parents to children, and over the years, of children to elderly parents, is to promote traditional values.

Among the most pressing issues at the dialogue platform were questions concerning the definition of marriage, family, the role of the Constitutional Court, as well as the minimum education threshold for citizens of the Republic of Belarus.
