These and many other skills will be demonstrated on October 23 at the regional stage of the "Master of the Village" agricultural project by young families, the Vitebsk Regional Committee of the public association "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" told a BELTA correspondent. This year's competition, which will be held at the House of Culture of the agro-town of Kopti, Vitebsk region, will be attended by representatives of 11 districts of the Vitebsk region. First, the competing families will plant an alley near the House of Culture, and then the most spectacular part of the competition will begin. Organizers will offer participants to demonstrate their skills in performing rural life and household tasks for men "Master of the Land", women "Mistress of the House". In the family relay race "Big Family", cart driving, nail driving for time, sorting legumes, chopping firewood, rolling wheels and other unexpected stages await the contestants. In addition, families will present family corners and creative business cards to the jury, telling about the traditions and way of life, talents and hobbies, creative abilities and achievements of family members. The winners and participants of the project will be awarded memorable gifts and diplomas. The organizers of the project are the Vitebsk Regional Committee of the BRYU, the Committee for Agriculture and Food of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, and the regional committee of the trade union of workers of the agro-industrial complex. -0-
