Volfovich revealed innovations in the draft National Security Concept
The State Secretary of the Security Council, Alexander Volfovich, at the meeting of the VII All-Belarusian People's Congress, revealed innovations in the draft Concept of National Security.
"All innovations can be combined into five major blocks, each of which reflects and adapts changes," said Alexander Volfovich. - The first block is the improvement of the basic conceptual apparatus, the elimination of existing gaps. The concepts of the source and threat to national security have been adjusted. For the first time, definitions of risk and challenge to national security have been given. All definitions of security have been clarified and brought to a common denominator."
