This was announced today to journalists by Yulia Medvedeva, Head of the Department for Improving Organizational Forms of Management of the Ministry of Economy, BELTA correspondent reports. "The point of view that the Ministry of Economy advocates is that a holding company should not be considered as a tool for obtaining any additional tax preferences. This means that other advantages should be prioritized. These are the optimization of financial flows, improvement of the structure, corporate governance, and other relations built on economic mechanisms," Yulia Medvedeva noted. At the same time, the issue of a single taxpayer within a holding company is currently actively discussed, she said. "There is a corresponding instruction.
