Issues of improvement should be resolved with the active participation of local residents - Anatoly Linevich
"Landscaping issues broadly affect people's interests, so their resolution should involve their active participation. Perhaps, on a voluntary basis somewhere. It is by joint efforts that everything needs to be put in order, that would be the right way," said Anatoly Linevich.
The problems of landscaping cemeteries, burial sites of soldiers and civilians killed during the war near the villages of Barsuki and Borki were voiced by a resident of Novopolotsk, a native of Shumilino district. The woman emphasized the importance of a responsible attitude towards preserving the memory of the events of the Great Patriotic War. "This issue has already been addressed, but we need to look at it again and put everything in order," Anatoly Linevich stated after discussing the appeal with the leadership of the district executive committee. He also suggested contacting the applicant when carrying out the work.
A worker from the agricultural enterprise "Lovzhanskoye", a mother of many children, contacted the direct phone line. Her family is expecting the birth of their fifth child in the near future. Due to the double reorganization of the farm, the woman faced difficulties, including financial ones, in re-registering documents for the land plot and house, which are currently owned by the enterprise. "This issue must be taken under control and helped to be resolved," emphasized Anatoly Linevich.
The resident of house No. 10 on Yubileynaya Street in the district center expressed complaints about the results of the major repairs of the house. According to her, the work lasted almost 7 months. The problem arose after their completion: complications with the heating system began in the house. The pensioner also pointed out a number of other shortcomings that require close attention and correction. Anatoly Linevich instructed the local authorities to figure out why this happened, as well as to check the overall condition of the house. "If something is wrong, fix it," concluded the President's aide.
A resident of the village of Surovni applied regarding the accrual of child care benefits. The applicant received clarifications on all the nuances related to his life situation. The district executive committee also promised to provide the necessary support.
The head of OOO "Slavyanskiy produkt", which is engaged in vodka production, came to the reception with the problem of the need for additional allocation of quotas for the sale of alcoholic products on the domestic market. Currently, the quotas allocated to the enterprise are 92% depleted. "The government is responsible for quota distribution. We will apply to them, but redistribution requires serious justification," Anatoly Linevich noted to the applicant during the discussion of the appeal.
The issue of using thermal imagers and night vision devices for hunting was raised at the reception by a forestry worker. The man believes that the use of this equipment should be allowed only in the presence of gamekeepers or after appropriate notification of the forestry institution. The applicant believes that this issue concerns safety and therefore requires consideration at the legislative level.
Commenting on the results of the reception, Anatoly Linevich stated that people are most often concerned about everyday issues, so it is necessary to try to help everyone within the framework of the law at the local government level. "At the same time, there are more complex appeals, where it is indeed necessary to consider the issue at the legislative level," he added.
According to the chairman of the district executive committee, Viktor Gutorov, receptions and direct telephone lines with residents are regularly held in the district. "Not a single appeal is left without attention. We try to help or find a suitable solution for each case. It's another matter that there are not enough financial resources for everything. But we are trying to find options," the head of the district added.
