The issues of alienation of vacant residential buildings in rural areas and the improvement of work with them have been submitted for public discussion

-        the alienation by citizens of occupied residential buildings;

-        the creation and operation of a commission for inspecting the condition of residential buildings located within the respective administrative-territorial units, districts in cities;

-        the work of local executive and administrative bodies with vacant residential buildings;

-        the formation and updating of registers of vacant residential buildings, the composition of information included therein, as well as the procedure for using documented information from them;

-        the sale of vacant residential buildings without auctions, the organization and conduct of auctions for their sale, including through electronic trading, and the identification of legal entities authorized to conduct them;

-        the compensation for the cost of a vacant residential building.
