Issues of improving the training of DOSAAF drivers will be discussed at a seminar in Vitebsk

Issues of improving the quality of driver training by DOSAAF organizational structures and educational institutions will be discussed on June 19 at a republican educational and methodological seminar in Vitebsk, the regional organizational structure of DOSAAF informed a BELTA correspondent. More than 100 heads of DOSAAF organizational structures and educational institutions from all regions of Belarus will take part in the event. The focus of the representatives of the defense and sports society will be on the state and prospects of training specialists in mass technical professions, methodological issues of organizing and conducting the educational process for training (retraining) drivers in DOSAAF automobile and combined technical schools. Specialists will discuss problems of improving the material and technical base of educational institutions, ways to improve the skills of teachers and the quality of student training. In addition, the seminar participants will summarize the results of DOSAAF organizations' work for the current period of 2009 and outline the main areas of activity for the future. The central council of DOSAAF is the organizer of the seminar. -0-
