For the first time in Belarus, the best police families will be named

The Ministry of Internal Affairs is holding the republican campaign "Family! We Serve Together!" for the first time. This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by the Information and Public Relations Department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee. A healthy moral and psychological climate in the internal affairs bodies largely depends on the family, the Ministry of Internal Affairs is confident. Throughout August-October, Belarusian police officers, together with their wives and children, took part in the republican campaign, thereby advocating for a healthy lifestyle and family values. As a result, the best police families in the country were named. Some of them, such as Dmitry and Inna Mikhalevich from Minsk, Sergey and Tatyana Kozhukh from the Vitebsk region, serve together in the difficult police service. In others, like the Kokhno family, the head of the family, Sergey, serves, and his wife Tatyana and two daughters help their beloved husband and father by creating a reliable rear for him. Multichild police families deserve special honor. It turns out that it is not so difficult to fulfill one's duty with dignity, raise five sons, and also grow a young garden of 200 trees, as Police Major Andrey Kumko and his wife, Police Captain Ekaterina Kumko from the Grodno region, do, if love and respect reign in the house. Eleven best police families will be awarded certificates of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The children of internal affairs officers are not forgotten either. Sons and daughters took part in a children's drawing contest, the theme of which was the service of their parents. The winners of the contest will also be honored in Polotsk. It is expected that about 700 police officers, together with their families from different parts of Belarus, will come to Polotsk to take part in the final of the "Family! We Serve Together!" campaign. In addition to the award ceremony for the winners and a festive concert, participants will have an excursion around the ancient city. -0-
