For the first time in the Vitebsk region, a seven-thousandth crew has appeared. The record holders were honored in the Orsha district
Very recently – for the first time in the history of the Vitebsk region – the agricultural workers of Orsha district harvested a record volume of grain and technical crops – six thousand tons. This mark was surpassed by the crew of SGTS "Zadneprovsky" of Orsha KHP, consisting of Sergey Grekov and Maxim Gerasimets. Today, the combine operators broke a new record. Including corn, they reached a seven-thousand-ton harvest.
The heroes-combine operators were congratulated on their high results by the Chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee, Igor Isachenko. He wished the machine operators to always remain at their best and to break new records in the grain fields next year.
Combine operator Sergey Grekov, who has been working in the agricultural sector for almost forty years, does not consider himself a record holder. He has always tried to work conscientiously, responsibly, sparing no effort or time. He believes that there is no secret to success. It's simple: you need to treat the land with care and love your work with all your heart.
