"Time for Action": The 2nd Regional Trade Union Youth Forum is taking place in Losvido
– Such events are a unique opportunity to communicate directly with young people, to convey the tasks that face the regions and enterprises today. We are counting on you, we see potential in you, so today I want to honestly and openly hear the pressing issues, – noted Dmitry Demidov, Chairman of the Regional Council of Deputies, during the forum's opening.
Yuri Derkach, Chairman of the Regional Trade Union Association, emphasized that today we are observing the restoration of a multipolar world order, the formation of new economic unions, and are witnessing more than 50 armed conflicts. Therefore, it is important for our country to maintain the stability of its constitutional system and the social orientation of its development. To achieve this, it is necessary to develop the economy of all sectors of the national economy as effectively as possible, unite society, and foster a sense of responsibility for the region and the country among young people.
The two-day program began with a meeting of the Youth Council. During the dialogue platform, young people will be able to ask speakers questions about the strategy of modern country development and the implementation of the youth policy of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus.
Tomorrow, forum participants will visit the agricultural production cooperative "MazolovoGaz" of the unitary enterprise "Vitebskoblgaz", where they will learn about advanced technologies in the agro-industrial complex – remote sensing and the use of robotic equipment.
