Universities of Belarus will begin accepting documents from applicants on July 8

The admission campaign in Belarus is ongoing. The next stage (after the centralized testing) is the period for submitting documents to universities. Applicants can collect their centralized testing certificates at the testing sites where they took exams in academic subjects on the main or reserve day, and submit documents to their chosen faculties from July 8, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Education.

The deadlines for submitting documents are set by Resolution No. 18 of the Ministry of Education dated April 8. The acceptance of documents for state-funded places in full-time (daytime, evening) or part-time, including distance learning, forms at state universities will be carried out from July 8 to July 15. For part-time study at agricultural universities, the deadlines are different – from November 1 to November 30. Deadlines are also established for those who wish to obtain higher education at the expense of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, individuals, or their own funds.

Applicants wishing to obtain higher education on a fee-paying basis and who are taking entrance examinations at universities (except for part-time study at agricultural universities) must submit their documents from July 8 to July 15; those applying for part-time study at agricultural universities should do so from November 1 to November 30.

Applicants who wish to enroll on a fee-paying basis and do not need to take entrance examinations at the universities themselves (with the exception of foreign citizens and stateless persons) can submit documents within the following periods. For those applying for full-time or part-time education at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Mogilev Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Command Engineering Institute of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the Gomel Engineering Institute of the Ministry of Emergency Situations – from July 8 to July 29. For full-time or part-time education at the Belarusian State Academy of Arts, the Belarusian State Academy of Music, and the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts – from July 8 to July 31. For admission to other universities (except for part-time education at agricultural universities) – from July 8 to August 2. For part-time education at agricultural universities – from November 1 to November 30.

The dates for entrance examinations for higher education funded by the budget and on a fee-paying basis differ. Thus, at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Mogilev Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Command Engineering Institute of the Ministry for Emergency Situations, and the Gomel Engineering Institute of the Ministry for Emergency Situations, for full-time (daytime) and part-time forms of education, they are from July 16 to July 19. Entrance examinations at the Belarusian State Academy of Arts, the Belarusian State Academy of Music, and the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts for full-time (daytime) and part-time forms of education are from July 16 to July 25. In other higher education institutions, for full-time and part-time forms of education (except for the part-time form of education in agricultural universities), they are from July 16 to July 21. In agricultural universities, for the part-time form of education, they are from December 1 to December 20.

Enrollment of applicants for budget places in the universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry for Emergency Situations, as well as in the Institute of Border Guard Service and the Military Academy, will take place by July 23; in the state academies of arts, music, and the university of culture, by July 29; and in other universities, by July 25 (part-time agricultural profile - by December 25). As for places for fee-paying education, in the universities of the security sector, it will be by July 30; in the universities of the cultural sphere, by August 1; and in all others, by August 4 (part-time agricultural profile - by December 25).
