The specialized food exhibition-fair "Prodexpo" will be held in Minsk from November 9 to 12.
During the exhibition, the business forum "Domestic Consumer Market and Food Security" will be held, which will bring together representatives of interested departments and heads of leading food industry enterprises. At the conference "Modern Technologies in Retail," representatives of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade, the Association of Retail Chains, retail and branded trade, and food producers will discuss relevant issues.
A B2B-TradeDialog will also take place – individual negotiations between suppliers and buyers of food products. The event is organized exclusively for exhibition exhibitors and by prior appointment. In addition, the BelarusFresh conference for Belarusian agribusiness producers will be held. Representatives of collective and farms – producers of fruits and vegetables, retail chains, and state administration bodies will take part in it. Along with expert reports, a "question-and-answer" session and tasting of Belarusian apples, berries, and other fruits and vegetables are planned.
An international event will be held among the exhibition participants.a tasting competition. Competitions among confectioners and chefs are planned. For the first time, an international competition for the best packaging/label will be held.
