In 2024, the committee sold 127 unused state property objects for 7 million rubles
In 2024, the committee sold 127 unused properties. The state budget was replenished by almost 7 million rubles (6,991,923 rubles).
A total of 387 real estate properties were offered for sale at auction this year. Most of the properties, if no buyer was found, were put up for auction again, with a gradual reduction in the sale price, down to 1 base unit. Thus, the committee announced a total of 1102 auctions during the year.
The most expensive property was the former building of the Department of Internal Affairs on Suvorov Street in Vitebsk, which has the status of a historical and cultural value. For more than three million rubles (3,261,912 rubles), it was acquired by an investor from Minsk.
No less significant is the sale of unused properties of the former enterprise "Khimplast" on Leningradskaya Street in Vitebsk, opposite the Polotsk market. All properties were divided into three lots, and a buyer was found for each during the year – they were two entrepreneurs from Vitebsk and one private enterprise from Mogilev. Their total sale amount was almost one million rubles (919,252 rubles).
It is also worth noting the sold site of the former winery on Pokrovskaya Street in Vitebsk, located in the historical part of the city, next to the Marc Chagall Museum. The winery site had been empty for many years. For 462 thousand rubles, the complex of properties was acquired by an investor from the Russian Federation, who has ambitious plans to restore the historical appearance of this quarter.
The main result is not even the price of the sold properties, but the fact that it was possible to involve unused state property objects in the development of the region.
The committee hopes that 2025 will be no less productive.
And on January 10, auctions for the sale of unused state property will begin.
Thus, the first
The object offered for sale is a disused administrative building located in the agro-town of Olshanka, just two kilometers from the town of Chashniki. The Usvyeyka River flows two hundred meters from the building.Previously, the administration of the agricultural enterprise "Chashnikskoye," which was liquidated in 2022, was located here.
The building with a total area of 430 sq. m. is maintained in good technical condition.
In the future, facilities in the field of agro-ecotourism, consumer services, light industry production facilities, or residential development can be created here.
The building is offered for sale for just one base value, which since January first is 42 Belarusian rubles.
